Birthday celebrations with 6 Adults and 2 children. We selected a Feed Me menu and WOW! Fantastic flavour, amazing taste, with great wines and amazing service. Especially the Wine selection, which was a phenomenal selection of Australian Wine. We particularly enjoyed the Ulithorne Marsanne Viognier.

This place is a MUST for everyone to experience. Briiliantly prepared local dishes created from seasonal resources around Australia and based on the local indigenous people's six seasons. The marinated mushrooms, cured buffalo and smoked Barramundi bruschetta were fantastic. Chef/owner Martin is a true genius.

Was looking forward to experience the execution of Australians spices and flavours. Having 3 courses there were elements that were extremely enjoyable but some crucial elements were underwhelming. The dampers were salty, A black rice risotto had no "creep" in it at all and the...share platters hardly inspiring and overpriced. The parmesan in the scallop dish was overpowering. Need to say that the service was excellent And the desserts a highlight.More

Australian food at its finest, we loved this place, easily one of the finest restaurants in Darwin. Must try dishes include gin infused mackerel, gnocchi, grilled prawns , semi Freddy and a sensational wine list. Cheers Phat Mango.

We had the NT platter with roo tartare and camel + other delicacies including some huge prawns that tasted like lobster. Very nice rooms. Great service. Pricey but worth it.

We visited Phat Mango to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday and a great choice it was! We opted for the ‘Deluxe Feed Me’ package, the chef decides what you’re eating in the form of many tasting plates, we got to sample 2 entrees 3 mains...and 2 desserts. Absolutely delicious. All ingredients are locally sourced, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We started with Phat Mango Dacquiris which were delicious Highly recommend that you visit this place, probably book as it’s popularMore

Food was ok, not as good as we expected. but loud background thump thump music kills your ability to chat in relaxed atmosphere. Even asking staff if they could turn it down a little failed. Wine list good. We felt very hurried as we got...told to move on as our table had another sitting as the last dish of the chefs selection was put in front of us. The head waiter tried very hard to impress us with his rapid renditions of fancy food descriptions muffled through his mask..... we honestly had no idea what he was talking about. Would I go back? UnlikelyMore

5 out of 5. Kitchen and front of house both excellent. So pleased we found the time to go here during our Top End holiday, and that there was room to squeeze us in.
