The family often meets here for celebrations and we all usually enjoy ourselves. Last nights food offerings were not top quality and there is room for improvement. Our garlic and cheese pizza entree was dry and tasteless. No discernible garlic or cheese flavour or much topping visible. Steak meals were deliciously tender though a trifle undercooked. My friends medium to... More

I went to the Full Moon for dinner tonight with a friend. We were greeted by a young man at the counter who was absolutely lovely! We didn't have a booking and he sat us at a lovely table with a view. He was very kind. We ordered the Sirloin steak and the meatball pasta which was fantastic but our... More

Enjoyed a casual dinner with friends at the Full Moon Hotel. Steaks were perfectly cooked and the salmon delicious. Staff friendly and efficient.

This restaurant is our favourite go to place for a leisurely drink and good pub food. You have the option of eating in the table seating area or pub area with a live band on the weekend. There is an area for the kids to play in after dinner and facilities are clean.

Went to this pub for a late lunch on a Saturday. Just had the calamari entree and a garden salad ($4 exactly what a garden salad should cost) and it was amazing. Fresh and beautifully cooked.

Four family members (adults) went for breakfast last Sunday and were not disappointed. From the extra cheery for a sunday morning waiter who took our orders at the register to the food and table service and coffee all were excellent. We have eaten here several times mainly for lunch but this was the first time for breakfast. It is a... More

Luckily we had a buy one get one free offer as my meal the Pork and veal rigatoni was extremely bland , tasted just like watery tomato sauce and big chunks of melted mozzarella and no shaved pecorino, although my partners meal the Tasmanian huon salmon was apparently very nice. Great live guitarist and always great staff.

Description
With an award-winning restaurant and two fully licensed bars, both offering breathtaking views, The Full Moon Hotel is an ideal spot to escape the clamour and chaos of the CBD. The Moon offers the perfect balance of smooth and friendly service - effortlessly done - and an imaginative and well-priced menu of mouth-watering bar food and high-end pub grub day or night. Famous for premium steaks and quality local seafood served fresh from trawler to plate, you'll also find delectable choices like pulled pork pizza with roasted onions, chilli, rocket and aioli, twice cooked sticky pork ribs with apple, radish, red cabbage and shallot slaw, and warm salad of pulled lamb shoulder, grilled haloumi, fried eggplant, spinach and balsamic shallots, thanks to the culinary creativity of Head Chef Richard Sellers. And if you come for a visit in the morning you'll be welcomed by the sumptuous aroma of freshly baked pastries and sweet treats made on-site by The Moon's own Breakfast Chef, Tamara. Add to that a lengthy menu of well-priced local and imported on-tap and bottled beers, a carefully constructed wine list, and a range of creative cocktails with a thoroughly modern twist, and you have our city's premier destination bar and restaurant at your service. People flock from all over Brisbane to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and award-winning menu on offer at The Full Moon Hotel. Come and see what all the fuss is about.
