The best curry you'll ever eat in the whole of Brisbane. Once you eat here you'll never look back! Friendly service and definitely value for money! Meal sizes are well worth the drive. I will never eat from another Indian restaurant ever again. I have been coming here for the past 9 years and driver 1/2 hour just for this... More

We arrived just wanting a hot vindaloo and a madras. The restaurant was empty apart from 2 other people, but we were a little early so we weren't worried. The waitress explained that we could order whatever we liked from the menu, but they had an offer of 4 curries and 2 naan for $20 each. Naturally we asked if... More

Kuma's food is excellent. I've eaten indian food in the USA, UK, and across Australia and this food trumps it all. Kuma is also an awesome person and is one of the nicest people I've met and has a real passion for people. His restaurant is known to host and sponsor various charities and gives back to his community. Eat... More

Easy to eat & value for money. Not authentic Indian, more a selection of family recipes that are enjoyable without the tandori covered food found in a lot of other Indian restaurants. Great for take always & eat in with all your friends. Will be going back.

If you want to feel like you are inside an episode of Fawlty Towers you should eat here. When I came here we were told by the owner that we were perfectly able to order from the menu if we didn't mind waiting 2 hours for our food otherwise we should just trust him and get a banquet with a... More

My wife and had a selection of 4 curries which were all delicious. The food was served quickly and the accompaniments were all fresh and tasty.

Kuma himself fussed over us. We have the "Chef's choice", which is effectively an all you can eat. The diversity of dishes, the subtle flavours, and the speed of service were exemplary.

I used to dine here with my wife 1-2 a month over the last year but over the last few month things have noticeably changed in the food quality. The other day out rice smelt of a strong fishy smell I brought it to there attention and they were not please to hear of it. We got more rice but... More

I have been going to Café Kuma for quite a while. I love it. All the curries are delicious and made traditionally using cashew paste. I read a comment about "not enough meat". It's not that sort of curry. The curries are more traditional and meant for dipping with bread and the naan at Kuma's is awesome. Kuma is hilarious... More
