We got a banquet which was well priced. Food was amazing. We had trouble working out the menu, but eventually we just ordered and it was totally worth it. The seating out the back was a surprise and made the night just a little more exciting!

After many years of eating at this restaurant (including take away) tonight's meal was way below average. The tofu dish and noodles which is a regular for us was disappointing to say the least. We can spend our money anywhere but choose to do so here because we have always been assured of a tasty reasonably priced meal..whoever was in... More

Reasonably priced, good quality food. Looks dim from the outside but authentic decor with a chilled vibe inside. Service was good and food was tasty and served hot!

Ordered the goat, all meat dishes were dry and basically just meat and rice. Not much in the way of vegetables. My friend does not eat rice and was expecting to have some vegies when she ordered the pesto chicken but was just a bowl of diced chicken in sauce, so was left hungry. Service was slow and 2 tables... More

Stumbled across here while staying at a backpackers around the corner. Such beautiful vegetarian food and very peaceful set up. It was a very special experience eating next to the Buddha! So highly recommend, even if just for one :)

We came here one evening just on a whim and what a find! We fortunately arrived early (around 6 pm) as, by 7:30 pm, the entire restaurant was full. Very nice atmosphere, decorated to make you feel like you are in Nepal. Food was very tasty and service was also very good. A very nice and unique place if you... More

I absolutely love the food here! The breads are made the same day so very fresh. They have very good vegetarian options and the service is really great! The decor and music makes you really feel like you are on a Himalayan peak. I try to visit Himalayan cafe overtime i visit Brisbane!

This is another very busy restaurant we tried. Good food at a reasonable price has to get you in. Judging from the number of locals and regulars dining, they think so too.

As expected, the food was excellent and the the service matched it. We would recommend the Himalayan to anyone. Quite spicy but not too hot for those who prefer the "cooler" dishes.
