Spending a lazy day in the city, I wanted a relaxing lunch and still take in the vista of the city streets. Pane e Vino is one of those places that is such an oasis in the hustle and bustle of the city. You are welcomed, made comfortable and well fed and watered. The food is always of a high... More

Food is good, service was reasonably attentive. Restaurant is packed often so quite noisy but to be expected I guess. Convenient central location in the city. Good wines available.

We have eaten here several times now and have never been disappointed. The service is excellent as the staff are very attentive and the food is superb. This restaurant is busy but more intimate than South Bank and right in the middle of the city.

We enjoyed our meals here; attentive staff, good selection for the morning breakfast and an enjoyable atmosphere when dining in the evening. A nice corner to watch the world go by!

We stayed at the Hilton and were so pleased to find a delicious Italian restaurant less than 5 mins walk away. Great service and amazing food. Big portions and well seasoned. I recommend the side of brocollini; Cooked to perfection and doused in Australian olive oil.

We ordered 2 serves of lasagna and the zucchini flower risotto. It took 45 mins to get served. The lasagna was dry and too salty. The risotto was served on a flat dinner plate and the serving size was as flat as the dinner plate. The risotto was crunchy and over salted. It was mainly rice with not even half... More
