There aren't many good Greek restaurants in Brisbane but this is definitely one of them.....try the octopus to start with...delicious and so tender. My husband loved his moussaka as I did my lamb cutlets, a generous serve together with beautiful baked vegetables (loved the eggplant and sweet potato) and fresh Greek salad. Finish the feast off with some baklava and... More

My partner and I wanted to have a quick bite before the movie at Balmoral and were very pleasantly surprised by our meals here. I had lamb skewers with tzaziki, pita bread and lemon potato with Greek salad and he had the same except with chicken. The charcoal cooked meat was very tasty and tender while everything else was just... More

Looking for for lunch in Bulimba no pressure as we looked over the menu out front of the restaurant and took our time to decide. We sat down and actually went with a suggestion from the friendly waiter and it was perfect not too filling, healthy and affordable and we were not rushed out when we finished. Good to have... More

3rd time visiting this restaurant. 3rd time I have ordered the same pasta. Best pasta I have had in then whole of Australia. Ratesh is an amazing chef takes lots of pride in every dish, and Suman the front of house, always looks after us and provides excellent customer service. I will return here every time I am in Brisbane... More

A nice place to have a pre or post movie snack/coffee. I do like their sweets selection. The historical pictures all over the wall are a great addition. Service is good but could be better. I keep going back.

This cafe looks a little old fashioned compared to the more modern cafes and restaurants locally. However, the food was lovely. They checked for gf as my daughter and I are both gluten free. We had delicious lamb kebabs , and Greek salad. The staff were pleasant. It would be easy to overlook this cafe with all the new trendier... More

This café has a long history and was one of the best in the 1980's as the in crowd gathered here after the cinemas and had late night dining before Bulimba became trendy. The walls were once adorned with photos of movie stars. It had the suggestion of a hideaway for a secret rendezvous, no one could see you from... More

My husband & I visited here a few weeks ago to have dinner after seeing a movie. The restaurant serves mostly Greek food plus a range of chefs specials on the specials board. Our waitress was fantastic, moving us to another table when our old one was wobbly, helping my fussy eater husband choose a meal he might like from... More

Went for lunch today with my best friend. It is now a Greek restaurant and the tables are set beautifully with table cloths etc. We both had the skewers, one chicken, one lamb. They came with a dip, pita bread triangles, a potato and salad. The meat was juicy and delicious and there was plenty of it, I couldn't quite... More

If your after a good merlo coffee come here! We didn't eat in or order food which is why I gave it a 4/5 as we didn't experience further service that way. But great service and quick for take away coffees, and using merlo coffee which is always delicious! Will return here to eat ASAP.
