Very nice pub to just hang out with friends over a few drinks and food. Very good food, specially for those prices!

The meals were great value only $15 or $20 including a pot of beer or glass of wine although drinks otherwise were too expensive. The decor and set-up were very interesting and service was good.

Reasonably priced+good food+good sized portions+excellent 7 pm-8 pm early happy hour+friendly, helpful staff. Duncan is a great bartender. I thought the fish and chips was quite good.

Can say hands down lots of effort and money has gone into the decor, staffing and entertainment. Clear by the Irish effect you receive. Very impressed and booze was a good price too. Tbh probably wouldn't go in as I'm more of a bar then a pub gal but was on the pub crawl list. Would return.

It reminded me of having to queue up for school dinners ordering a meal here, just a long queue for typical pub grub at reasonable prices. Plenty of tables and tv screens showing sport and a noisy buzz around the place. Guinness was again not the best to stuck to just the one pint before going onto your typical ozzie... More

I didn't realize it was possible to screw up fish and chips but I was wrong. Actually the chips were quite good, but the fish was inedible. Overcooked, tough and tasteless. Prices are good for those on a budget but would suggest trying some other menu item.

I had dinner and some drinks with my friends. It was really nice. The food is good and the atmosphere as well. Good for a dinner night out while in cute and tiny little Cairns.

Service is good and food is great value. Very focused on the backpackers with good deals on food and drink.

We went for dinner and had vouchers to get it for $9. There were selected things you were allowed to order but the choice was pretty good. The portion sizes were what you would expect in a pub and we got a drink added in. The food itself was very good.

Didn't get there for dinner service after 1700 but the beer was ice cold and the bar menu wings were awesome! Price/value very good, super nice staff and bar tenders.
