My wife and I have been fortunate to visit Port Douglas on many occasions. Over that period we have visited many cafes! Of these Cafe Ecco is by far our favourite. The owners and the staff are always very welcoming and very friendly. We really like the terrace out the back. This trip we have our daughter and one year... More

Got a iced coffee and strawberry smoothie take away cost $16 for both, wouldn't of been a problem but smoothie tasted mainly like milk and no strawberry and iced coffee was soooo bitter the beans tasted burnt. Disappointed to say the least

Our first breakfast experience was so good we returned a second time. I had eggs Benedict and my husband poached eggs and sausage. The smoothies are excellent - the service is great and friendly.

Sometimes you just feel like a good salad roll. Cafe Ecco makes a salad roll to remember. Freshly baked bread roll and delicious basic salad. Add a slice of cheese for perfection.

A really interesting series of breakfast options, for those from the UK who relish black pudding, it is often on the menu along with plenty of healthy options with fruits and cereals and excellent coffee - try a long black!

On a steamy hot Queensland morning we stopped at this pleasant little cafe and took the staff recommendation to try their fresh fruit juices. They weren't cheap, but they were lovely!

Great lunch stop with yummy wraps and sandwiches. Definitely above-average sandwiches. Good drink offerings as well.

We were walking down Macrossan st looking for somewhere for lunch & as soon as the owner greeted us at the door we instantly wanted to eat there, he was so welcoming & warm. Sat out on the back balcony with lush trees around us & the food was as wonderful as the service. Top quality food, great value, will... More
