Lovely food, we had Kingfish and Barramundi both of which were beautifully cooked. The portions were adequate but not over generous. The wine was very good, albeit expensive. A nice place for a posh evening out.

Headed in on a whim to try the $20 working lunch. In and out within the hour, salmon cooked to perfection, and classic Adelaide ambience (nothing too crazy, industrial enough without being hipster). Will definitely be back.

I had one of the best steaks I have ever eaten here. The service was excellent. The wine list was extensive and able to satisfy anyone's budget.

I thought Adelaide had a big rep for food, but on a Sunday night I was struggling to find something that wasn't a pub, wasn't a fast food take-away dressed, or a resto that had a reasonably priced appealing menu in a feel-good setting. I had a great grilled fish steak with salad -- two refreshing ales -- in a... More

This is a newly furbished restaurant with a menu focussed on South Australian produce. Had a pan seared Robarra Barramundi which was delicious and a lime curd tart for dessert which was also yummy

On a recent stay at the Hilton, we had a few sessions of evening drinks at the Coal Bar. Drinks were VERY expensive but the service and the decor were wonderful. Their wine display is impressive.

Had a group lunch here recently & we all had the $25 express lunch. Great value with a choice of main course & dessert & a drink & coffee all included! The restaurant was packed out but staff kept on top of things. Highly recommend this place for a quick lunch. Will return to try their alacarte menu.

I had dinner here while staying at the Adelaide Hilton. I had a very good fish carpaccio which was delicious and a fairly pedestrian burger. It's an ok hotel restaurant.

Was staying at the hotel and decided to book a table, had heard good things. Really enjoyed the meal, we had the steak to share - was very impressive, requested medium rare and it was more like rare but that was OK. The service was OK, staff seemed to rush around and it wasn't as polished as I would have... More

Although I found the menu options to be limited, the wine list was extensive, so we chose our favourite Barossa wines then chose food to suit. The pumpkin gnocchi was the best I've tried and the Moreton Bay bugs delish. Would have loved to see more SA produce, especially seafood, on the menu. Just my personal preference. Diners next to...
