The coffee at Pilgrim was incredible! We went for breakfast and the latte here was rich, smooth, creamy and tasty. I also had the Philly Cheese Steak sliders which were also excellent. Great reports from my wife about the waffles too. Quality service, fast and a great location. A stand out in Hobart.

My sons and I have visited Pilgrim for brunch many times over the years and it never disappoints. There's always a few things on the menu that we have never tried before, and each time we have gone out of our 'comfort zone' we've been rewarded with great food experiences. The menu changes seasonally so it's worth repeat visits to... More

I would've been happy just to sit down after a shopping day in Hobart but upon sipping my coffee I forgot my aching feet and enjoyed a lovely experience. My partner was overjoyed to find filtered coffee (being a purest) but my flat white was truly delicious. The place is quirky having a building Site vibe unfinished walls and doorways... More

Lovely place to meet friends and enjoy a coffee or two. Meals are creative and delicious. Easy walk from City centre and across the road from the Royal Hobart Hospital.

Great coffee, excellent service; and worth a visit just to see the convict era hand hewn walls. Conveniently central in Hobart.

Funky little cafe right opp the hospital. The coffee is fantastic with one funny quirk. There is only one type of milk coffee. That's right - flat white, latte and cappuccino are all the same! Deliberately. Anyway it's pretty good so I didn't mind

Saw so many good reviews about coffee of this place, decided to try it out. Coffee didn't have much flavour, (also don't know what beans they use as it's not written on their board) Coffee was well made, good amount of oilness from the beans and good creaminess, but just didn't have much flavour, it was just a bit boring.... Varied and interesting menu . I had the quinoa clusters which took a long time to get through but were absolutely delicious . My friend had the waffles which she enjoyed but couldn't finish . Coffees were excellent . Canadian waitress is always pleasant and friendly . Well priced menu . Definitely gets a tick
