We come to Melbourne every year and always had lunch and dinner here since the last 5 years. Every year food is different and very good. Food and Wine is always brilliant and never disappointed.

City Wine Shop is a haven for wine lovers, and I try to visit every trip to Melbourne. The wines for sale on the shelves offer a very tempting range of the best locals as well as Italians and French, and I love the classy...More

The title sums it up, located around the corner from the top end of Bourke Street, under a canopy of umbrellas and nearby trees the tables set on the street have a European feel. They have a good selection of wine by the glass and...More

If you are energised by a flurry of people passing by and you enjoy good wines you will like this place. Food was good (not great) but I agree that the gnocchi was the best meal at our table and the meatballs were lovely, but...More

Excellent choice of wines and some very good food, terrific rissotto and schnitzels, plus good appetizers. I was too full to go for dessert, but the "apple crumble custard trifle" seems the ultimate!

Locals know that Chinatown is the tried and true place
