Went to this place on recommendation with a couple of friends; great bar menu and so happy that they knew how to make a Negroni perfectly! Great atmosphere, very friendly and professional staff and good food. Great for a good cocktail experience and really not...More

Given that the demographic for jazz tends to be older, I don't believe it is OK to give seats and even little cafe tables to some guest, then expect the rest to stand at the back. This is probably a comment as much for the...More

Having been recommended to eat at The Toff, four of us were seated at a table. Our issue in our experience last night was with the service provided. Two people working a room of 50 people is extremely poor management. One of us went to...More

Watching bands in an intimate venue like the Toff is a joy. Add a drink and tasty share foods and it makes a great night. Never disappointed. But if you want a seat, get there early.

Wow, what a gem of Melbourne's drinking spots. We were recommended this bar by my brother in law and it delivered on every level. The decor and bar has a great vibe and the food looked lovely even though we didn't eat- the cocktails were...More

A busy place with really excellent food with decent size portions. There were 9 of us squeezed in and around a booth, it was cozy for sure and that added to the atmosphere. We had many small dishes and all were delightful. Considering the pressure...More

This is a unique dining place in the heart of Melbourne cbd. The cuisine is fusion thai/asian tapas style for sharing. They do a 5-plate selection of appetisers at A$35 per person. Not cheap but the selection was delectable & sufficient.

The Toff is a late afternoon through to late night venue that's very centrally located. It is oriented to live music and bar-service drinks. However it does host a few other functions, and my most recent visit was to attend an awards function held in...More

It is part and parcel of any visit to Melbourne. I love the vibe, the feel, the staff, the customer base and the food and drink on offer. It never disappoints and the place is always jam packed with a vibrancy that just says 'Enjoy'....More

Love this place. Easy vibe. Great music. Private booths. Great booze list. A must visit place on the Melbourne nightlife map. The stairs can be daunting after a few drinks, in either direction, however wear appropriate footwear and shouldn't be an issue. Highly recommended.

Hi there. Ages I would say mostly mid twenties to forties. But it depends on who is playing. Music is often brilliant local bands. Huge variety. Lots of talented muso's. Cheers.
