Cafe Latte was really strong and smooth. The outlet was cosy and spacious to hang around for chit-chat. The bonus is the smell of coffee!!!

Once I stopped grumbling over the one smallish size, one type of milk, do the sugar yourself, and paying $4.5, it was a very good coffee. Shame there was not more to enjoy. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

This quaint coffee shop features free trade coffee from around the world. Many great blends to choose from along with many brewing options. They have cards with all of the growers that they have bought beans from with a picture and some personal information. Best coffee I had on our entire trip. Worth a stop.

The line up of people waiting to be served and the number of people waiting for their coffee was a good indication that this place served up good coffee. Despite how busy it was, the baristas motored and it took a surprisingly short time for really flavorsome coffee to be ready. Went back for seconds.

We actually got our coffee from their place within the Victoria Market. Definitely our best flat whites since arriving in Australia, with amazing taste and perfect foam & temperature. Just about lost for words ...

This place is totally melbourne. The coffee is nice, the team are friendly and they have a few things you can buy for extra things for coffee if you so wish. Very modern place to sit and enjoy your coffee on the run, or have it in a cup in the place. Hours of opening are however restricted to the... More

Like the aftertaste of the Latte 😋 There's a shop across from Victoria Market and another within the market. There's drip coffee and pour over. Fragrance is superb!

I have been going here since it opened about 5 years ago. Although the coffee is dearer than most other shops at $4.50 the quality is worth it. I love that they only serve whole milk and refuse to compromise the taste by offering hipster alternatives.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
