I feel like a little girl in a candy store whenever I come to Saké - it’s an incredible smorgasbord of the finest Japanese fusion and the perfect pre-theatre or post work venue, centrally located and deserving of attention, despite its touristy location at Southbank....More

Had a lovely lunch here on New Year's Eve. Great service and great cocktails. Top picks for food were the kingfish ceviche and the chicken kaarage. Will definitely be back when I'm next in Melbourne.

Lovely welcome. Our waitress could recommend many dishes and we chose mostly from her recommendations. Brilliant. Enjoyable. Staff had their eye on everything. We Wanted for nothing. Shall return.

Not many of the 'Southbank' restaurants deliver a really good restaurant experience, and 'Sake' fell into this category when we booked for a midweek evening meal. The interior 'climate' did not help with the air-conditioning making it almost cold. That, combined with a draft through...More

After a walk down from the MCG we opted for a late lunch on a Saturday. We had some small plates including Tempura, Yakitori and Dumplings and all were excellent. The staff were attentive and responsive making it a great choice for lunch. Recommended
