My daughter suggested to have a dinner with friends in Gong de Lin. I live in Melbourne but never been in this Chinese restaurant. Was great, amazing experience. Beautiful, tasty food, clean and nice place. Cheap too. All vegan, but you are not going to...More

My partner and I came here for lunch one weekend. The restaurant is tucked away on Swanston Street, and we have often gone past it and meant to go in. It was quiet in the restaurant, and the service was good. As a vegetarian, it...More

Very cozy and relaxing place. The best part is that you get all the Chinese dishes you craved for - but all vegan!! Many Asian places are popular with vegan cuisine, but they are usually Vietnamese inspired, whereas this one is Chinese inspired - at...More

What an treat for vegetarians , amazing food and loads of dishes to choose from. Loved the creativity to create such a variety of tasty Asian noodle and fried rice dishes with substitute meat . Would definitely recommend.

Had 3 different things from the menu and couldn’t believe how bland everything was. Not a great place to impress non-vegans. Staff could of been a bit more attentive. Music played on a scratchy cheap stereo. The space needs some upkeep, too (a lot of...More

Very friendly and polite staff. A heaven for Chinese vegan cuisine. So much to choose from that you'll be spoilt for choice. Food was delicious and it also had a very clean feel to it.

100% vego chinese... our 2nd visit and I now realise we should be coming more often! As ever for vego's, having the run of the menu is a liberating yet peculiar phenomenon (it happens so rarely!) And this menu is huge. I had the minced...More

Vegan paradise! And even that seems to be an understatement. We had been out at The Queen Victoria night markets, which had very limited food options for vegans we decided to Google a near by restutant that would meet our dietaries . We love all...More

Locals know that Chinatown is the tried and true place
