I didn't know this place existed and I'm so happy I found it. Tucked away, great for business coffee's. Most importantly, fantastic hot chocolates.

I had a business meeting here and they really made it feel like a really upmarket classy cafe. Very schmick and I thought the service was good and demeanor excellent! Great attitude - good job!

My first time here. It’s an old and rather conservatively decorated cafe that is narrow and very long. There are a few tables on the sidewalk as well. Old timers sware by this cafe which has a brilliant location on Spring St near theatres, Parliament...More

If you can get a table this highly popular place is worth seeking out. Great breakfasts of consistently tasty standard. Sat outside next to heater on a cool but beautuful melbourne morning. The porridge is excellent here.

Perhaps the best Croque Monsieur in Melbourne? Delicious breakfast and smooth coffee enjoyed in a traditional ambience. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

I met up with old friends for a reunion here over lunch, and we loved the food, ambience, wine and service. The service was efficient and unobtrusive, the food excellent, and the wine list diverse and delightful.

My wife and I had a fantastic meal here recently. We started off with an entree size mushroom risotto which we shared. For our main we had a medium rare chateaubriand. The meat was cooked to perfection. The service was awesome.

Tucked between a theatre and wine bar - a true treasure uncovered. The best service delivered in the most charming way. A step back in time to slow nourishing but contemporary food and delicious aromas. First visit with a friend who is a regular patron...More
