This is a great place for trying lots of different dishes, everything we had was wonderful, with both spicy and mild options. BYO for all alcohol, so you can take beers as well as wine.
Really friendly service ensured we all had a great time....We will be back soon, thank you.More
The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Atmosphere was a little dull as restaurant was empty. Great friendly service and food was prepared super quick. Was BYO
Will return. They honoured our entertainment voucher which was good.
Pleasant enough just wildly overpriced for the quality of the offering.
On a positive note, the menu was interesting, if somewhat limited ... the service was reasonable, if somewhat lacking in personality ... the food offering was asian fusion, read: a little bit of this...with a little of that, bland.
I get better quality from my local takeaway at a tenth of the cost.
I would not recommend to anyone especially a visitor to this lovely city ... a local embarrassment.More
Went last night, 6 people inside a very dated restaurant, $69 journey menu x2 =$140
Started out not to bad, the taco was good, not amazing but good. Lamb chop okay too, literally just a chop with dry spices.. here is where we should have...left, fish wrapped in leaf, fish smelt really old. Tasted like nothing, then a soup with a prawn, again prawn tasted old. Then grilled prawns, they smelt like it they have been in the back fridge for a month.
Pork belly was uninspiring, bland and greasy. The yellow fish Curry was the worst, cheap fish maybe bassa maybe something resurrected from a local swamp, the “sauce” was like dirty dish water, not any curry I’ve ever seen.
We read many amazing reviews, they must have a big family & friend base - reviews and reality couldn’t be further apartMore
My partner, read on a flight that this restaurant was highly recommend by flight attendants and pilots. So he decided to take me for my Birthday.
It was the Most wonderful flavour journey.
We chose the 8 course $65 per person.
Worth every cent.
The setting is gorgeous and cosy but the food was just “okay”. Our dishes didn’t have the bursting flavours normally found in Thai food. We ordered a main, 2 entrees and 2 soft drinks and the bill was just under $70
