The kitchen were also happy to make my fave off the dinner menu which they were not quite serving as it was a bit early. Excellent... recommended to everyone... More

Lots to eat and drink here with heaps of outside, though covered seating. On Eat Street, a block or so of nothing but restaurants we chose Brew! I had a single pepperoni pizza that had the very thin crispy crust with lots of pepperoni and plenty o cheese. The missus had the burger, hold the egg, and it was very... More

Food was amazing. My pork belly was absolutely beautiful, while my partner (who is rather fussy) loved his steak. It was cooked to perfection and the vegetables were great. What let it down was the waiter. It seemed he would rather be anywhere but at work. Was served with a sour face, and no politeness which is distasteful. Brew is... More

We popped in here for a few of their excellent Croucher ales.We asked for our bill and when asked, said we would pay in cash. The waitress at our table then attempted to change us for two large glasses of beer when we had had small glasses.Mistakes happen but the glasses were still in front of us.That shouldn't happen, should it.

Came here to support Croucher brewery who do some great beers. Sad to say the food has taken a turn for the worst since our last visit to the extent where my Dad, who isn't that fussy, said his burger wasn't even as good as McDonalds - ouch Will still go back for a drink but won't be eating. Wait... More

We were in NZ for a month now, and we found the worst Burger. The place is in "eat" street which is central, and they have plenty of space. You see this is why we use trip advisor, to avoid places like this.

If you're looking for a good selection of beers, this is the place to visit. They offer a taster selection of four beers which is a good introduction. We'd primarily stopped for food and although the pizza was tasty and reasonable value the fish and chips proved disappointing. The batter was heavy and the mushy peas dry. Service was attentive.
