A regular lunch spot for me to grab takeaway sushi. The salmon always tastes great and I am a fan of the fried chicken on a stick! Reasonable priced and you can eat in or takeaway. The menu food I have tried is also nice.

TJ Katsu was one of the first sushi places I went to in Wellington. I really liked their window, showing different main dishes. However, knowing really well made european sushi, this was not as good as it looked. Not good, not bad, just average. Another day I had one of their main dishes, the one with rice and salmon and... This is my favourite Courtenay Place lunch (or light dinner) spot. Good prices, great food, and a really good selection to choose from. The space inside is tight though and difficult to squeeze between tables, so bear that in mind if you have a pushchair or wheelchair. The loyalty card is definitely worth having.

Food is refreshingly tasty, staff always pleasant. Complimentary Miso Soup is a nice bonus. Best Japanese food for its price range.

Personally I find their mains quite expensive but still their side dishes and sushi is affordable. If you have no where to go and If you like sushi this place is good to go... More

Nice little spot for lunch, very filling for the main portions. Tastes good, can't go far wrong. You can choose a main meal or takeout trays of sushi, and there's a nice level of choice.

Cannot go wrong here! There are a limited number of things you can dine in, and everything we have had is good, good, good. Authentic Japanese.

The view from the door looks inviting with the colours of fresh sushi. Great selection with it difficult to name a favourite. Definitely try the miso, it is delicious and worth going to the restaurant just for this.

Every sauce is home made with no MSG. Secret is lots of fresh vegetables and fruit in it. We use super-fresh meats and fish to enhance the quality of dishes. Good portion and reasonable price :) We are licensed restaurant selling Sake, Wine, beer and Soju. We also have various Sushi for lunch and dinner. Thanks for supporting us. We will always try our best to make FRESHER, HEALTHIER, TASTIER, BIGGER and MORE AFFORDABLE dishes. Thank you ;)
