A local place for sure, given the food quality and prices. Large portions. The smoked salmon pasta was delicious, the lamb shank special was excellent. Too full to try the tempting desserts!
We went for dinner and a cocktail. Casual funky bar with a varied menu and delicious food. If you go you must try the grilled fish. Staff is friendly and attentive. Loved it. They also had A pool table and ping-pong. TV played MTV
The Star Tavern is a great place for a spot of lunch and dinner. Nice friendly staff and good home cooked food reasonably priced. Got a beer garden too.
