We had the best fish and chips here. Delicious and good service, but a bit pricey. Located on waterfront, a casual venue suitable for families.

Had lunch here yesterday and it was pretty average. The S & P squid was soggy and flavourless, the tartare sauce was only just OK, the chips were not bad and the flake was dry with soggy tempura batter. I thought that $34 for very...More
Wow, talk about tasty ! The salad supplied with my meal was so crisp, clean and flavoursome. The fish certainly was fresh and cooked perfectly.
I've come to this restaurant many times - it's overpriced but usually consistent. All they do is serve fish & chips with salad and for a chef it's not hugely demanding. When the waitress came for my plate it had a large pile of burnt...More
Ordered the 3 fish with chips, bit overcooked, fish tasty and nice to have the three varieties and thick cut chips nice. A bit pricey for what we ordered. Nice outlook over the water, plenty of room in restaurant with pleasant ambiance. The ladies taking...More
We actually went twice on our visit to launceston. The service is good and neither time it was busy. The fish was flaky and tasty but at $50+ for fish and chips and a little salad is not really worth it. Of course the location...More

This is a well-lit cafeteria-style shed at the waterfront, but you don’t serve yourself here. Order at the till; your order is brought freshly cooked to your table, on proper plate-ware. Seats are available inside or out; there are awnings outside to keep the sun...More
I must say this place lacked atmosphere on the day of our visit and lacked good quality seafood for the price we paid. My friend advised this place was getting pricey and not what it used to be but obviously still worth a try.
