Excellent food and service. We went looking for Chinese cuisine and lucked out here. Mongolian beef and satay chicken. Fabulous!

Members reviews at this restaurant range from terrible to excellent, Launceston is fortunate to have some very fine Chinese eateries and on this our first visit we were impressed. We have been fortunate to have been able to visit Hong Kong on two occasions and we were reminded of some of the more upmarket restaurants in the food and décor.... More

My partner and I have been here at least a dozen times and we have honestly never left unsatisfied. We have tried a lot from the menu and have enjoyed everything except one dish, there was nothing wrong with the way it was cooked or how fresh it was, simply not to our taste. I would recommend Jin Xing to... More

We have tried a lot of the restaurants in Launceston after moving from Melbourne 12months ago. We have been really impressed with the quality of restaurants and until now had yet to have a bad experience. Jin Xing showed outwardly that it provided a great Chinese dining experience including the preface to the menu speaking of how the flavours of... More

This is one of the upper class restaurants in Launceston. Food isn't exactly cheap, but my goodness its nice! The banquet is a feast that will have you rolling out the front door - full to the eye-balls. If you want to impress, go here!

We went to Jin Xing's for dinner whilst visiting Launceston from Melbourne on holidays. We booked a table for 6 and we all ordered Banquet number 3, which was $34 a head. The banquet was excellent, our waiter allowed us to substitute dishes that we were unable to have due to dietary requirements. We started with soup, then 3 different... More
