My partner and I had gone to dinner for a very special occasion. We started with bread and sips. No flavour. Main was Steak. It came with chips and salad. My partner commented that it was like something from Cobb and Co.... Mine was the Duck. Very disappointing to say the least. Spoiled our special night out.

We started the meal with a selection of very ordinary dips with very ordinary Pide bread, which was disappointing as the bread is made in house, in fact in the front area of the restaurant. The restaurant was starting to fill up when we got there and although the staff were trying hard, it was obvious they were very inexperienced... More

Terrible experience, and I can only say experience as we never actually got to try the food! We attempted to eat here THREE times without success. 1st time my family and I arrived and were seated, no offer of drinks, then half an hour later finally were asked. We each ordered a drink, 15 minutes later it was bought to... More

We walked in without a booking and were lucky to get a table. We were with our son in his 20's. There were people of all ages. A party celebrating ( not loudly) a 21st, people older than us and couples. It obviously appeals to all. The meals were generously sized and delicious. Highly recommended. The service was very friendly. We... More

Though under new management, the standard of the restaurant has not deteriorated. Indeed the quality of the meal was excellent, and the decor and ambiance was very good. Three visits in the week confirmed quality and value for money.

Never had Turkish meal before and thought to give it a go. For starters was the Halloumi and for our mains I had the Islim Kebabi dish which was amazing and my partner had the lamb cutlets. Overall experience was very delightful and the service was outstanding! Thank You

Options were rather limited on a chilly Wednesday night in July so it was a case of take whatever was available. After a circuit of the town, Angora seemed the only decent looking restaurant available even though none of us had Turkish food in mind. What a result ! Great atmosphere, lovely waitress and all 5 of us were delighted... More

This restaurant was a great choice on a cold night. When we entered the restaurant the lovely waitress offered us a table by the fire which was much appreciated. Although not all of the food on the menu was Turkish. It all appeared to be of a very high standard. I ordered a Turkish lamb dish and it was very... More

We walked the streets looking a various restaurants on a Saturday night and decided the crowd and the decor looked the most friendly. Not been to a Turkish restaurant before and tried one of their Turkish items, I think called Kofte which I enjoyed. The other parties chose kebabs and liked them as well. Staff volunteered to take group shot.
