I have to say, I was definitely impressed! It was too hot for a coffee so I only had a cold juice, but my lunch was tasty, beautifully presented, and wasn't a bad price. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was good.

Have eaten Breakfast here several times. Its a great big breakfast extremely tasty and healthy well for a big breakfast that contains the lot. Coffee is good as well. Food is awesome service is friendly. I love this place. One of my favorite places for breakfast in the lovely Hawkes Bay.

I love this place. Fabulous coffee. A great range of healthy organic goods. The salmon galette is divine, and a nice range of salads too. Great to have some seating outside for those sunny days too.

We'd not been having a good run with food on this trip and set out to find an early breakfast on Saturday morning. Cornucopia was just opening and I asked my usual questions. Do you make your own hash browns or potato cakes and do you make your own hollandaise? Most cafes are lazy and use commercially made substitutes which... More

This is a fresh, foodie heaven. The chef was willing to tell me about the ingredients and how to prepare something similar at home. He clearly loves his skill and gift. The staff were kind, caring and very attentive. Awesome place for my birthday or any occasion. We have been thrilled with coming here. Thank you.

This cafe has always been a favourite of ours. It sold last year and things can often change with new owners. Happy to say the food is still amazing. The one thing that does seem to have changed is that the portions have got bigger 😀😀 fantastic. Great menu with healthy options and nothing is to much trouble for the... More

Taste Cornucopia is our intimate, organic eatery in the heart of Hastings. Chef James Beck makes everything on site - from bread to ice cream to Taste's very own marshmallows.
Families are more than welcome and we have a special kids menu and play area.
We offer a wide range of cabinet and menu food, from a muffin and a coffee to the old school eggs Benedict, to a glass of wine with our somewhat more sophisticated Friday evening fare.
We try not to overstate the fact that we are organic. Our philosophy has always been to offer outstanding food and service... Food that just happens to be mostly organic.
