We were provided with a complimentary starter after being seated outside with views of the bay. The entree, mains and desserts we ordered were delicious and were very appealingly presented. Service was very good. We enjoyed a very pleasant evening.

In all my other reviews I've said that the view was lovely and the food has been very ordinary. This time the place is nothing to get excited about but the food is delicious! I had the Japanese eggplant for entree . It was full of flavour, velvet like in texture and absolutely yummy. It also had some sautéed spinach... More

Whilst my girlfriends and I stayed at Airlie Beach, we went to the colonial Palms twice in 4 nights. The service was very friendly and the food was fantastic! Would definately recommend

Came here for dinner with my partner after being recommended by our taxi driver. He was not wrong when he said Bridget the chef does the best steak in Airlie Beach, for me it was the best steak I have eaten in memory. Friendly, warm service. 10/10.

Delicious Barramundi. Good friendly service. This restaurant is a little out of the way of the main street in Airlie Beach ( about 10 minute walk )but worth the walk/drive.

Really interesting choices on the menu, prices very reasonable, food presentation is excellent and good choices of wine. Highly recommend the Kirk's ginger beer if you like it - very fiery.

A good location and we were really made welcome. Although an older style motel it was spotless with very friendly and helpful staff. It was also value for money. Would certainly stay there again.

We came for my mums birthday with a group of 25 which was only booked a few hours before and we were treated like royalty! Great service, and the food was delicious! We were even given a microphone to use for speeches! This place is certainly a hidden gem!

This place was great. The setting, food, quality of ingredients and service were beyond questioning. Very friendly, polite service with lovely, flavoursome and well presented food that had good portions as well. Definitely highly recommended.

Came here for Christmas lunch heard good reviews but for me it wasn't that great, there were ants crawling along the bar & looked outdated. The staff were very friendly service was great. Entree was all seafood which didn't suit me I would have thought a variety would have been good as not all people like seafood. Mains were okay... More
