We live locally and this is one of our favourites. Whether it's coffee, breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner this place does it all just as you need it. The service is always great they look after everyone well and it's great value for money. The view is almost unbeatable. Highly recommend the Nasi Goreng, Calamari and seafood spaghetti. One of the best location on Coogee to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. It's too crowded though.

Mexican baked eggs are the way forward!! Flat white made to perfection :) View from outside on to the beach was a great complement to the food.

We had an early dinner here to beat the crowds, otherwise we wouldn't of had a table. This restaurant is very popular. The food was delicious! We feasted as we couldn't decide what we wanted to eat. Our mains were licked clean - I loved the teriyaki spatchcock. Seafood on the spaghetti tasted fresh. Dessert was good too.

Cool cafe with a sensational view across Coogee beach. Our waitress was lovely and the breakfast and smoothies were delicious.

Tucked away just down the street from Crown Plaza . We both enjoyed our meals of pasta and the wine was reasonably priced. Certainly better than the food the night before. Would recommend.

I took my dear old aunt out for lunch. She wanted to eat seafood by the sea so we went to Bazura. She had been there before and remembers enjoying it, this time around though we were disappointed. My aunt ordered the fish with beans and quinoa salad. The fish was way over cooked and rubbery the beans were under... More

Staying in Coogee

Neighbourhood Profile
Coogee
Very accessible by public transport, Coogee is the smaller, friendlier, more intimate version of Bondi Beach. Coogee is the only beach in the Eastern suburbs that does not have big waves, making it an excellent family beach. The Coogee Bay Hotel, located right across the beach, has one of the biggest beer gardens in Australia and plenty of entertainment every night of the week. Be on the lookout for celebrity footballers! A little further south is Wylie’s Baths, offering sweeping 180 degree views over the Pacific Ocean, and it is perfect for a swim or a few laps. Plenty of dining choices surround the beach, including the famous fish and chips.
