Everything about this tiny gem is pure artistic perfection. Do not go there for a quick bite. Assu' makes each dish on the spot for you. A quick glass of only excellent wines or a coffee....but if you eat, be prepared to take your time. While you do you can contemplate the bellissima piazza Silvestri or the hundreds of images... Right off the main square of Bevagna, this small cafe has a wonderful and quirky atmosphere. They walls are covered with all sorts of photos on one side and the other side is a wall of books mixed with bottles of wine! There are only three tables inside but it was quite comfortable. I can only write about the bruschetta... More

One of the best places I have eaten in Italy and we work in Italian gastronomy. Charming, beautiful, incredible attention to detail. Wonderful selection of wines and a hostess to die for. Thoroughly recommended!!!.

We know Bevagna rather well, the people in Bevagna do not know us, and it is always interesting to see how businesses that we visit, one at a time, are always so inapt serving demanding customers, when they need their business to live as everyone else. I had asked a coffee, they told us it was not available, so I... More

Based on previous reviews we ordered the panzenella salad and spaghetti amartriciana. Both were fabulous and perfect for two people to split. Wait staff was friendly and unhurried. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the people in the piazza during our meal. I think we will come back again and maybe even order the same meal!

What a spot! Surrounded by books, wonderful music and quirky design, one could imagine that the food might take second place. But it does not! What a perfect meal in this charming town. A real find for a relaxed meal in a tiny, casual setting.

The quirky interior whets the imagination and the appetite in this cosy little place just off the main piazza. We werent disappointed. Would recommend the panzanella as a fabulous and fresh assault on the tastebuds as well as a visual delight. Local ceramics and overall great table setting, good wine and music made this a special dining experience. The charming... More

Dedicated to literature and arts, nice Interior. Good wine, good pasta and the best Panzanella! Very few tables but definitely worth the wait.

This is a small restaurant close to the centre. Because of its size it would be wise to book. Decor has a slightly French feel but nicely balanced. In house music classical. The cheese, pasta and the panzanella were eccellent. Interestingly, Panzanella seems one of the least standard dishes in Italy, this one concentrating on the vegetables which were fresh... More

We had a family lunch and the staff was friendly. No booking required although only 4-5 tables. Genuine menu and the extra bonus was the fresh figs served as an aperitif.
