We had a family dinner in this restaurant while having a vacation in Rincón, Puerto Rico. It was simply a great dining experience. We tried the cassava cake as the appetizer, then fresh fish, meats, the mofongos, and the coconut crème Brulee to finish with a fantastic dessert. ¡Well recommended!

Extremely good restaurant with very reasonable prices for the size and quality of dishes you get. Also nice cocktails and sweet waitress. Amazing experience overall!

We went to Red Flamboyan on a recommendation from a transplant resident. The service was actually not bad, but I can't say the same for the food. We ordered the crab entree and a stuffed skirt steak. The skirt steak came with items not listed on the menu, (including mushrooms which I'm allergic to) and was missing the mozzarella. The... More

On our last night in Rincon we went to Red Flamboyant Restaurant. I tried the Shrimp Mofongo and it was incredible. So much flavor. The Coconut Mojito was also delicious. Would absolutely recommend, service was great, people friendly!

For Caribean style across a wide range of cusines and dishes I highly recommend this family style restaurant. The place is accomodating and will work with you to meet your culinary requirements even if you are not familiar with the Carribean style.

Friendly staff, seating indoors and outside balcony with tree canopy and lots of chirping coqui frogs at night. Our appetizer took almost 30 minutes to arrive and our main course another 30. Eat something light before you go.

Enjoyed my first Mofungo here, even went back a second time for more! The restaurant was packed on Friday night with a very small staff working the dining area. The servers and bartender were running around working as a team taking care of the entire place. I believe we had interaction with every server that night, and they were all... More

I reviewed this place back in 2013 and found that it was not as good as in its early days. Well, now we gave it another try and have found it quite different, but much improved. Management changes from season to season are par for the course here in this tourist area, and that characteristic is very much reflected in... More
