Amazing food!! The atmosphere was peaceful and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. The food was delicious and by far the best in Ricon. We tried a few other restaurants, but kept coming back. You must eat here!

A group of eight of us dined at Casa Islena Restaurant just a few nights ago. They had a mandatory chef's tasting due to the size of our group. Everything we were served was outstanding! We wished we would have discovered this restaurant earlier in our week. We'll definitely return when visiting Rincon!

On the water but no view from tables. Great open air decor is classy but breezy. Romantic atmosphere but fine for families too. Empanadillas - chicken and mushroom -were yummy as was the pork chop entre we split. Mojito was sweet and minty. Desserts not the highlight of meal but coffee was nice and strong.

The brunch was one of the best meals we had during our week on the island and the bloody marys were to die for. The view was breathtaking... it is right on Sandy Beach. However, we attempted to go there about 6 different times throughout the week we were there and they were closed. These were all times they were... More

We were a group of 8 plus an elected to do the tasting. We were given generous samples of everyting on the menu that night. By the time the last item was served, we were completly full and very impressed how 'EVERY' item was wonderful.

A bit pricey, but the food was delicious! We loved the empanadas and the steak was amazing. The parchatini was fantastic. Servers took good care of us.

They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday that is great. Staff is a little slow at time but the food more than makes up for that. And the surrondings are beautiful. Great place to hang out on a weekend morning. Didn't go there for tappas but I heard that is great too.

We had the octopus dish, a salad dish, a snapper dish and all were very tasty. Not as good as the Lazy Parrot, but better than Das Alpens and Villa Cofresi.

The drinks are great (I loved the Rincon Shandie) and the food cannot be beat. It is a relaxed atmosphere yet remaining upscale the whole time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (especially to a surfer with a bad bruise). The view was sublime. We recommend going after 5:30 or 6 so that the pool area is cleared out... More
