Everything is amazing delicious. Followed the reviews on the Goat Cheese Salad, Bull Burgher, de tuna pastillo. Very cozy place with a 4 seat-tables that were able to accommodate our party of six very well. A place to remember. Not cheap but not very expensive. The wine is around 12 to 18 euros a bottle.

Very popular venue all locals most of whom had booked. We tried a selection of tapas all good but stand outs were the mini bull burger and the curry flavoured chicken skewer. Friendly, prompt service and would go back to if in Ronda again.

Great atmosphere, delicious food. Crowded for lunch, classic tapas food with a twist, nicely presented

Go to Casa Mateos and try....everything. We visited the place 2 times. In the afternoon and the evening. You will find tapas and other foods served from the best quality of food. It is super tasty well prepared and honest food. The host tried to help us as good as he could in spite of language problems. It went fine.... More

Had some great tapas here - loved the mini bull burger, sardine with puff pastry and fried cod in particular. Also good wine choice and friendly staff. A good mix of locals and tourists and good atmosphere. Would have scored 5 stars but service stuttered when they got very busy - however, still highly recommended and so much better than... More

Excellent restaurant just outside the tourist area. All tapas are reasonably priced and are of very good quality. Service is perfect and they speak "poco" English. Mostly visited by local people. Vers nice atmosphere. When we visit Ronda again we will come back to this restaurant.

off the most visited streets in Ronda, but yet walking distance to everything. A small place with a local atmosphere, good service, nice selection of wines by the glass (many wines from Ronda of course), and the food: dishes, half dishes, tapas... all what you´d expect from a tapas bar in Spain.

The restaurant we wanted to eat at was closed and were recommended to try this place. It was okay. Plenty of food and good value but not sure I would rush back. We were the only tourists and popular with locals.

The Casa Mateos is located in one of the main streets of the city. It is not very confortable because you stay on high chairs and the tables are small. The food is at average level.

The food was unique and we enjoyed with my daughter. Near the old bridges, "Puente Nuevo" but normal prices.
