Really good, reasonably priced breakfast, you don’t need to be staying there. Stunning views. Clean and very Covid aware. Recommended and would go again.

Pretty good restaurant.Waitress was amazing. Had fish cakes and fish and chips.it was a little odd that ypu were able to bring ypur alchohol to the table byt you didnt know that until you were settled down to eat. Definately would eat here again
This restaurant has changed management - and the menu is not good as it used to be. The good seafood dishes are missing - and everything seems overly done - lobster and haddock in phylo pastry with all sorts of other ingredients, etc. However -...most worrisome was our breakfast with our waitress not wearing a mask - all others were over our stay and when we had dinner there — and she was certainly not social distancing. This is against the rules for NS, and leaves the customers at risk not by their own choosing. This was unacceptable.More
It was good food prepared by a chef. Their veggies are grown out back. It’s not huge portions but it’s really good. They have a kids menu too.
We ate supper here on August 3 and breakfast August 4. Both meals were very good. For supper, at the waitresses recommendation, we ordered the fish fritters as an appetizer. She was 100% correct, they were delicious. For mains we ordered, a one piece fish...and chips and the halibut dinner. We shared a strawberry crisp for desert. It was all delicious. The strawberry crisp was so good. I highly recommend giving it a try. Our waitress was Monica, and she was just wonderful. Breakfast was your standard big bacon, eggs and home fries breakfast. Also very good. I would eat here again even if I wasn’t staying at the Lodge.More
We came here for supper and it was to die for! The seafood was outstanding (we had the Fisherman's Net), and I've never tasted vegetables so fresh in my life! I had your cheesecake for dessert and I wish I would of ordered seconds! It...was the best cheesecake I've had in my life! Your chef is brilliant! Tip: There isn't a liquor license, so bring your own choice of alcohol.More
Excellent food with large portions for a great price. Loss of one star for inconsistencies from the kitchen and inexperienced wait staff. However, despite this, I'd recommend dining here if you visit Brier Island.
Ate Breakfast with the kids here after a good nights sleep at the Lodge. The server was friendly and kind to the kids. The kitchen was accommodating splitting an order of blueberry pancakes on separate plates for the kids. Had the cinnamon bun french toast...myself so delicious. Great prices for the quality and presentation.More
The service was good. The fresh seafood is very good. We had dinner and breakfast and both were good. The dinner was memorable.
We were actually the only ones eating lunch on this day. Our waitress was friendly and actually saved us a almost mistake... She told us to make sure what time was high tide before we hiked out to Seal Cove. We would have gone at...the wrong time and would not have gotten to see all the seals so THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE INFO!!!! Lunch was tasty, hot and fresh.More
