Very nice food and excellent service. I enjoyed a dinner during my stay at the hotel. There is a large menu for vegetarians, meat or fish. The deserts are delicious.

Was here for Thanksgiving dinner. Booked a table for 6 one days in advance. Upon arrival I was the first one to arrive a few minutes early and was greeted by a couple of very nice and service minded young women. Chose to sit down at the bar in the lobby for a drink while waiting for the other guests... More

Hotel restaurants, in my experience can be hit and miss. The Zink restaurant in the Hilton Old Town is definitely a HIT. My wife and I had dinner, I had the seafood curry and she had the Chicken Teriyaki - she liked the Teriyaki and I thought the curry is the best I have ever had. Both were well presented.... More

This restaurant is inside the Hilton Prague Old Town. The décor is unusual with a lot of metallic surfaces - not unpleasant - reminiscent of art deco perhaps. The menu selection was good for this type of restaurant and we found the prices relatively reasonable. The food was of good quality and well presented. The service was polite and efficient.

We wanted to stay in-hotel for meals as we were both recovering from colds. Needless to say, it was NOT difficult to enjoy the cuisine at the Zinc. Really fine Asian menu which featured a very special coconut milk chicken soup. Bar served lamb kabobs which are among the best I've had; and, yes, an INCREDIBLE American-style hamburger which was... We ate breakfast there for the three days we were in Prague in anticipation of an Ama Waterways cruise on the Danube. Food and service was very good.

The service is super friendly, fast and speaks very good English. The food is amazing and there are enough choices on the menu! Definitely try this restaurant when you are in Prague or in the hotel.

On our fifth and final night in Prague we decided just to dine at our hotel restaurant. We needed to be up early for our flight and still had to pack. Good thing we did as it was pouring out at the time we reserved for. The menu is interesting, sort of a Czech-Asian Fusion. After eating so much European... More

Only had lunch in here, it was dead quiet, which was a shame as its quite nice, but service was only okay (even with 2 customers), had the burger, and it was very good indeed,

Dear JLM3080, Thank for the review of your Zinc Restaurant experience. I'm glad to read you have considered Zinc as nice dining venue and you enjoyed the food. I must say that it's unusual Zinc to be quiet and I assume your visit was at the beginning or at the end of meal period. Once again thank you for your... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
