This is an okey Czech restaurant, it was in walking distant from our Hotel, very good prices, the food good, decent portions. We had our meal outside on the patio, service has been also okey at times slow. Waiter did not go an extra mile to make us happy, after our meal we ordered a glass of Becherovka liqueur and what we... More

If you want to watch old Czech geezers, this is the place. But the food was terribly ordinary and dull.

Went with my wife and 3 kids. All ate, a few beers and wines and all for about £30 which I thought was great. Decent Czech food too and decent portions. The service was a bit slow but I don't care about that for those prices. Seemed like a decent area roo.

We wanted to try some local food but didn't care much for the meals we ordered. That's not to say that you won't like it, but beware that this is a restaurant where smoking is allowed. They had a non smoking area, but it was right next to the much larger smoking section, where everybody smoked. That, and some meat... More

U Posty is a favorite with the locals which is always a good sign. Having been there several times during our time in Prague I cannot fault the food or the service. Prices are reasonable as are beer and wine. A special menu is available at lunch time and is excellent value for money.

This is tucked away on a corner in Budecska Road in Prague. The menù took us by surprise. It had plenty to offer. We have eaten there 3 times. Always good. Duck, Ribs and Steak Tartare are highly recommended. Try it. You will not be disappointed.

I was looking for some place that offered take-away Czech cuisine and I found U Posty just round the corner. I ordered a typical sausage cooked in beer as an appetizer and the special of the day, deer goulash with home made potato pancakes. They had nice boxes for the take-away and my order was ready in minutes. I got... More

This place was so authentic and delicious. The restaurant itself is clean and simple. The service was so wonderful, the man spoke some English and was very welcoming. The food was so tasty and traditional to the Czech style. It was really a very good experience.
