This restaurant was suggested by our Hotel, who said this was great to eat and the pricing is good. This are correct, great pricing. Please for a reservation or you will not get in. If in pricing again, I would go again.

FOllowing suggestions of typical Czech restaurants for a cheap price, we went to Blatnice Restaurant. Is about 5 minutes walking from the Old Town Square. There is a chimney in the big dining room. We ordered pasta with salmon sauce and aOld Bohemian typical meat dish, which combines different types of meat (smoked pork, beef sirloin and home made sausages)... More

We visited this restaurant on our last evening in Prague and it was lovely. The food was delicious, the service was good and the price seemed very reasonable. Very happy overall. My husband had the ribs and the amount was enormous!

Good local food (I had smoked honey ribs with mustard and horseradish), good service and reasonable price. Not too crowded for a Sunday evening.

Had a lovely typical Czech meal here last week. Service was quick and friendly. Food delicious and beer good too. This is on a little street near Old Town square and would recommend it. Very rustic and unassuming. If you want posh and fine dining don't go though cos you will be disappointed. It is full of old charm

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
