The food was really good (even though it was barely warm and looked like heated up in the microwave), but the service was disappointing and a 15% tip was added to the bill without asking anybody. I would rather omit this one.

I must say we embarked there, literally, out of the blue! While we were looking for some local, nice and traditional place to eat something Czech, we found this little bar/restaurant. I read no reviews about it ahead of entering there, and I shall say...More

The restaurant is located at one of the most visited touristic spots of Prague and looks quite authentic and cozy. Don't be fooled by the look though. Inside it's a very small place (8-9 tables and bar) with quite average interior design. First of all,...More

First of all, I must admit that me and my friend visited in September 2014, not November. I don't know what I have expected. As a local person, i'd never ever visit this kind of place, as it is a "tourist trap " - place...More

The food was really quite good! Traditional treats like Klobasy, Goulash, Smetany Syr and of course pivo followed by shots of Fernet! People may complain about the service but I'm okay with the level of professional service I got - spare me fake smiles and...More

The wait staff totally ignored us. The place was a smoke filled den. The ambiance was blah. and worst of all there was a dubious 15% surcharge on our bill that had no description. After asking the waiter what it was he explained it was...More

Really, I don't know what I expected.Actually it was our foolishness. Why would you ever go into a restaurant right on one of the major tourist routes that says "traditional Czech cuisine" only in English? Guys, don't do that. The food: indeed Czech, dumplings with...More

Easily the worst restaurant in Prague. Poor service from an overworked guy who appeared to hate his job. On top of the poor service, he added a service charge! Go here if you hate your significant other. The restaurant is ranked near the bottom for...More

The food was hearty and filling but items were brought that were not ordered and added to the bill. Apart from this it was not too bad.

We ran across this place our first night. We were exhausted and starving and cold. There is one poor guy running this place and he was gracious but very busy. We got a big table in the far back. Our first taste of Czech traditional...More
