The food was very good. What is worth to try is Duck leg with cabbage (dish of the restaurant) and homemade vanilla cream brûlée. Big plus is non smoking restaurant which normally is hard to find in Prague. Service was excellent. I definitely recommend this place.

I'm a "Fois Gras" lover and found this pearl in Prague. I tried the cold, traditional one and the "steak"! It's just amazing! They have other nice food as well, but the Fois gras is perfect.

After doing a tour of the Castle and walking across the Charles Bridge, we walked here with a reservation. Just before Christmas it wasn't crowded. Small restaurant with tasteful decorations and table settings. Kristina was superb as a server, and as a former sommelier was quite knowledgeable about the wine selection. We preferred to try a Czech wine which was... More

We wanted in another restaurant, which doesn't exist anymore (Urban Stay) so we decided to go to Renomme. We had no reservation and luckily we got the last free table. The service was super friendly from the beginning. We ordered 2 Burgers, mainly inspired by the pictures. The fries were not good at all, they tasted quite fatty and were... More

We had a late dinner at this restaurant and the waitress was very nice and helpful. I had a burger and my chad deer and both dishes were very good. The wine was nicely paired to the meal and we had a cozy time. We ended up paying around 1400czk which included Three glasses of wine and one main caourse... More

We walked to the Restaurant Renomme from our hotel (the Ballerina) and our dinner was so good we went back twice more. We were welcomed and served by two different individuals on the different nights and both treated us as if we were family. The food was excellent. We particularly recommend the duck leg and also goose breast (served sliced... More

Renomme offers a slightly different interpretation of traditional Czech food, which we enjoyed very much. My starter of prawns marinated in mango with wakame salad was certainly unusual: it was delicious, although more mango than prawn, and the salad especially good. We both chose the fallow deer ragout, which was amazing. The venison had been cooked slowly for, it seemed,... More

We had a great dinner with my wife at Renomme! It's a small place with family feel to it but everything worked like it should have. My rosted duck leg was excellent as was all the other dishes we had, soups and desserts. House red wine was quite nice as well. Highly recommended restaurant with very good prices compared to... Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
