I guess being two brown guys doesn't qualify you for one of the many free tables with no reservations...you simply get a rude response from the waiter that there are no free tables "for you"

Visited the James Joyce a few times during a stay in Prague with friends and can thoroughly recommend. Super quick and efficient service each time we visited and the food was always good. Seems to attract locals an visitors alike.
Off the beaten path in Old Town but worth every step! Get a cold Guinness - okay, two - and they have great food - all at reasonable prices and a place you can get away from the huge crowds. Best service in Prague!
