Great restaurant for a tasty Italian meal. Their menu is quite compact but offers enough of good choices of both food and wines. Service was very efficient and friendly and pricing decent, we left very happy. Highly recommended !

Wow, this place has it all! Totally charming, unpretentious with amazing, delicious food. It is not inexpensive but I'd rather pay more for an exquisite meal than pay half the price for average food. One of the guests we met at our hotel recommended the...More

We asked our go-to person at our hotel for a restaurant that would have lighter options on the menu, and she told us La Veranda was what we were looking for. It was a short walk from the hotel for the five of us. First,...More

Make sure to reserve a table especially Saturday evening. Service and smile from we entered. We enjoy 3 courses and a bottle of white wine for 3000 cz kroner. All very nice and fresh- a nice atmosphere and worth a visit.

Dining at La Veranda was a pure joy. The food was prepared to highest standards, with a great deal of attention to detail. Every dish was creative, well balanced and just delicious. My favourite was the beef tartare with a smoked egg yolk, truffle cream...More

Josefov houses Prague’s Jewish community. This small
neighbourhood centered around Široká street is
completely surrounded by Staré Město (Old Town). As
the former Jewish Ghetto, today all that remains are a
few synagogues and the oldest surviving Jewish
cemetery in Europe. The narrow streets were once small
enough that a person could touch the houses on both
