Great beer. Though I did not try it, I saw a flight of beer samples which looked great. The food (beer makers goulash or something like that) was not memorable. Good service though.

We had fried cheese, fried mushrooms and goose with dumplings and cabbage. The cheese wasn't anything special, but the mushrooms were disgusting. They look like mushrooms from tin and full of oil. The goose was quite plain. I wouldn't say this is an example of...More

Justifiably popular with locals with excellent freshly cooked traditional Czech food well prepared and with staff who were very attentive. Prices very reasonable compared to Praha 1 area and NO staff with attitude issues! So enjoyable we visited it three times in ten days!

The variety of beer on offer makes Pivovarsky Dum worth visiting if in Prague. The beer is excellent. Staff also very friendly and quick service. Best place for beer in Prague

The restaurant is very large, I didn't see anybody smoking in there but it may have had a non-smoking area, and a separate smoking area.
