This tastes like in Laos. The owner and his wife are friendly. It's Asian island in the middle of Prague.

This little Thai restaurant was pretty much across from our hotel so we decided to try after reading a few reviews also! It is a little hidden away....it looks like it's up a little alleyway and you the go into an apt block but you then find it's upstairs. It was very quiet when we were there but the service... More

Enter a gate to follow to 1st floor and find yourself in a typically Czech interior. Nothing special, nothing elegant, sexy or fancy. But the service is English-speaking and very friendly. Not to mention their very, very tasteful menu. Their TOM YUM and TOM KHA KAI soups were small but nutritious and very, very, very good !! Go for it!... More

Everything we ordered was so delicious!!! Soups, noodles and curry. They made the soups vegetarian especially for us which was great, and so full of flavors. Highly recommended!!

I visited this restaurant with friends and we shared 4 foods - 2 of them were fantastic.Restaurant is situated in the centre of Prague but in little bit strange place - the part of restaurant is in the corridor between 2 houses. Service was could be quicker and more smiling.

If you are looking for affordable genuine Thai food then this is the place. The place may be difficult to find but once you find this gem, you will always want to come back. I frequently visit Prague for business and this place is always on my list of places to visit.

The staff were all Thai, the food was very authentic and very spicy like you would expect from an original Thai restaurant. The staff was very friendly and very happy lower the spiciness levels when asked.

While the staff of the restaurant was nice, our experience at Siam Orchid took a dramatic turn for the worse once the food came out. Unfortunately, we disregarded numerous red flags about the food before it came out and decided to stick it out and give it a shot. Once the food from its way from the rubbish bin to... More

In a somewhat unexpected location (down an alley and up the stairs) we find this gem, thanks to trip advisor. My Tom Kha Kai soup was arguably the nicest I have ever had. My daughter's Thai sate as good as any. Main courses (yellow chicken curry and a spicy beef basil) were very good too. Overall value for money paid... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
