A trip to Prague isn't really complete without a meal or drinks at Erra. This is the oldest gay friendly cafe in Central Europe and one of the few places where hip locals mix with international visitors every day. While the cafe has been open for many years, a new owner took over a year and a half ago and... More

Erra is a famous place for free, liberal people. It's a cafe/lounge with nice music, cool people, Wifi and good coffee. I visit Erra for more than 15 years, and I hope it will be there forever :-)

I only wish id eaten here sooner.Good choice of menu and the owner was friendly The food was so good i had the same meal the following day . The cafe was clean and fresh looking and tables are down a few steps .There is the option to eat outside. Youll find this close to the Cloister Inn .

Close to Hotel Bologna where we were staying in June. Lovely owner who helped us celebrate a birthday in style and served a great hangover salad the next day. Cheesecake is delicious too. Local wine very good and very affordable. A chilled, relaxed place. We'll be back!

Good choice if you don't like crowded restaurants in main streets. Food is good, prices are not that high. Highly recommend to visit. Walking distance to the old center.

There is new staff and new chief in Erra café. You can take a perfect lunch by menu a la carte, vegan and vegetarian deserts and delicious caffé. Fresh and clean interior, toilets and the most important - it is no smoking place :)

I have been going here several times now and I can tell you the service is consistently friendly, the food is consistently delicious, and the desserts are as if your mom was in their kitchen. They have a menu that also has good value, unlike the restaurants just around the corner that have very touristic prices. I highly recommend this... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
