The pizzas were ok. The restaurant charges you with an additional 15% service charge, without the service even being too good... Also, they tried to make us pay for a more expensive pizza than the one we ate.

Thunder & lightening meant we needed to take shelter quick and luckily we're stood outside this Gem. Starter -main -pudding and two drinks later we still weren't ready to leave. Fast service , lively playlist & would return tomorrow if weren't flying home.

If there was a 0 star rating, I'd probably give it to U Kostela located on the Malostranske namesti. The cake was dry as a rock and the waiters were rude. We waited for 15-20 minutes for someone to come across to our place and...More

Worst experience in Prague for the moment. The food was not good, our cake was dry and they tryed to hide it with tone of whipped cream. The waiters were really not friendly and served things we didn't order served us our cakes. (We had...More

The pizza with ham, rucola and parmesan was without parmesan and little rucola, unfriendly service and: no credit cards accepted - instead they accepted Euro, but with a really rip-off exchange rate of 27%!

The waiter was very unfriendly. They want to include 10% servicecosts, but we never received a decent service. When we wanted to pay he was standing next to us to oblige us to pay more then we ordered!

Terrible service. You have to pay service costs, but the owner is everything but friendly. The toilets were very dirty also.

Exaggerated prices, we ordered a cooked soup that has to be goulash like the one in the picture on the menu but was not that, pay attention to the scams! when we asked explanations they treated us like idiots Nothing else to say

Waited forever to be served and then presented with three different dishes as the waiter couldn't figure out what table to go to. We asked for the bill 4 times within 20 minutes. The first time, we were told it's a different waitress we need...More

The staff at this establishment are some of the laziest I have ever seen. We waited 15 minutes just to receive a menu, though we were next to two other tables being served. The waiter seemed to focus only on these two other couples and...More

Description
This traditional restaurant with a rich history is situated in a house built in the 16th century. Not far from the Charles Bridges. Right on one of the most popular tourist routes known as the Royal Way (Královská cesta). Despite this, it has preserved its quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

The interior is cosy, in the period style with spectacular vaulted ceilings with fragments of old hand paintings inspired by G. Arcimboldo.

In the summer season, the restaurant's large windows are open directly onto the Lesser Quarter Square (Malostranské náměstí) and it is an ideal place for sitting back and enjoying your meal and the atmosphere of Old Prague.

Our cuisine is modern and offers in addition to traditional Czech dishes several original specialities with game and duck, as well as burgers and pizza. Menu cards are available in Czech, English, German, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. We have PILSNER URQUELL, traditional Pilsner lager beer, on tap. Our wine collection offers many quality wines from all over the world and includes also wines from Moravian winery MUSIL, whose wines are presented at the “Wine Salon” (collection of top 100 Czech wines) each year.
