We had a wonderful Czech dinner at this restaurant - our waiter (an older gentleman) started getting into his job especially with our third round of dark beer and wine.

ThIs was a bad experience. I had tagliatelle with pesto; there was hardly any pesto - just a few bits of old basil and olive oil... it didn't taste like anythingat all. My friend had a trout with mushrooms. The trout was undercooked, some bits were a still bit raw... When we complained to the waiter; he suggested to mix... More

We ate here twice during our stay in Telč. The restaurant serves tasty food and a reasonable selection of Moravian wines. Service was good too. There are limited evening options in Telč, but this was the best we found. The menu has translation in to English and German. The staff also speak good English.

This restaurant is in the town square of Telc and has indoor and outdoor dining. We ate there two nights and on each night the food and service was very good and the prices reasonable. The staff were very obliging. Would certainly recommend and return if ever we were in the area again

Nice service, the food was good but nothing special. The menu was without any fantasy. Nice view on the whole square.

Very nicely located restaurant at the medevial square of Telc. Clean and likeable in the first place. Food was not completely likeable. House recommendation roast pork tenderloin was both precooked and overcooked, not a pleasure to eat. Side vegetables were very good in constrast. Pasta with pesto was fine. Unfortunately they forgot our third main - pork roast with sweet... More

Fabulously view over the charming square. Interesting menu, I had steak tartare and was offered the choice of mixing my own spices. My husband skewers. The white wine was lovely, the waitress wrote down the name of the wine, we discovered it was available for the wine shop just behind the restrarant in plastic bottles.

A very good surprise as we expected one of these tourists' restaurants. The food was really good, you can choose between Czech specialties, chef specialties or even chef challenges (extra large dishes). On top there are daily suggestions. The people were friendly and the service fast. Waiters were speaking English. There is free wifi and credit cards are accepted.

After being served RAW meat in the hamburger I was dismissed that meat was fine. Avoid this pub at all costs if you want to stay healthy.

The position of this place at the top of the town square in Telc could not be better. However, the food could be. The trout was excellent as was the salad and fried potatoes. The burger would have been fine but for a very dry bun. The beef soup was dreadful; lukewarm, greasy and over salted.
