Popped in here one afternoon on our trip to Brno, great looking place with very polite and friendly staff! Very reasonably priced beer and very very nice as well! Couldn't fault the place for my little visit!

We stayed at the hotel just across from this restaurant and went in for a late night bight to eat. We had soup as it was quite chilly and then ordered the tartar both delicious, especially the beef tartar, it was superb, they also have very good beer on tap. The food that came to neighboring tables also looked tasty... More

There were no that dishes I wanted. Meat in Devil's fork was unroasted. I payed cash but waitress prepared a card bill with 2,5% commission. It was my worst Czech experience.

This place is a must for their beers, by a mile better than in all the similar places like Stopkova Plzenska Pivnice, Potrefena Husa, or Pegas. On the other hand, you can give the food a pass, as it is worse in all of them bar maybe Pegas - never bad, just uninspiring, average and often boring.

Prices of daily menu are little bit above average in Brno and they don't offer free tapped water. Taste of menu was average and I got many pieces of meat with fat attached to it and I spend a lot of time detaching the fat from meat. I think they prefit from their location and tourists drinking beer.

One of many pubs in city centre. Beer is good, prices same as anywhere, service average. Nothing special, but not bad...

We sit outside, the waiter was very helpful (and English speaking). We ordered pork ribs (fantastic and very big portion), pork neck (amazing), potato chips (!!) and sausage (not so good). Very good beer. Very good garlic soup.

We visited this restaurant on our first night in Brno. This is a typical Czech pub serving great beer and good food (in large portions!). Service was good and our waiter was attentive. The menu is very heavy on meat but I ordered a pork skewer that came with a good quantity of vegetables as well. Prices are reasonable and... More

Walking around the Brno city centre found out local workers having their lunch brake. That's a good sign - if you see locals eating, there must be a place worth of visit. While I have had nakladny hermelin Certovsky and drinking Bratcice 11 beer my wife was looking around drinking Rulandske Sede (fantastic local white wine). As a main we... More
