Strange place. When you are inside you keep on wondering where you are. Is it a shop for tourists? A private home? A private home turned restaurant? A tea room or a coffee house? Anyway a place where nobody will welcome and will seat you. When you enter just seat where you wish, it will be fine also for them.... More

Topical food (we understood that) with polish costumers and also tourists so it means it is not just for tourists . The lady was ok and almost didn't spoke English but it was ok to understand! We can recommend it! It is small and charming so give it a try. Good value for the money

Good value. I had the mustard soup which was delicious. Our mains;roast pork & potato pancakes were both nice. Very full after both! Disappointment was they had no meatballs and had to have bottle beer as tap beer had run out

Our group of three went here for lunch. We all tried soup; the beetroot was tasty and refreshing, mustard was thick but delicious and the sour rye soup in bread was very good. The mulled wine came in a large tankard and was great! Lunch for three came to 50PLN, so roughly £10 - great value for moeny

Can't complain about the place, was lovely & quaint, food was nice, but it tasted like the rest of the polish good we had had. A nice place to eat but I'm sure there's a 100 other similar spots in town

My hubby had read reviews on this place before we went, and as it was right next door to the hotel we were staying at, we popped in for a quick lunch. This is a Kashubian restaurant and very quirky inside!! You will find that everyone does hot wine, or mulled wine, which I love, and so I asked for... More

This is a Kashubian restaurant with local food and very specific friendly atmosphere. You really feel like in someone's house with all those paintings, fotographs and other decorations. There was just me and a local family celebrating birthday in the nicest a natural manner. Singing, drinking, laughing, ...this just clicked for me :) Highly recommended :)

This restaurant is off the beaten path (out of the main rynek) and definitely worth the walk out to it! The dishes were delicious! My father had the herring in vinegar which was just like his mom used to make (friend and then with vinegar). The mustard soup and sauerkraut soup were a good start - the pierogies, kotlety and... This is like eating in the home of the owner, expect it as such and you will enjoy the surroundings and the simple homemade food. The owner doesn't speak English and if it's busy you may need to be a little patient if she is taking orders and serving alone,as was the case on our visit. Also be aware that... More

We ate here following a family recommendation and were not disappointed. We were warmly welcomed and given a complementary drink on arrival. The menu is traditional Polish with hearty, tasty food served in good sized portions. The restaurant is more like dining a Polish farmhouse kitchen and very atmospheric and interesting. The staff were pleasant and helpful and we would... More
