We did order the trout but got salmon. When we asked they told us that it was the trout but the table next to us also had the trout but had a totally different dish. The duck breast was cold. Not a great experience.

No welcoming. 5 minutes to get the menu after showing us the table. +5 more minutes after ordering we received the bottle of wine, which has not been opened in front of us and the waitress did not serve us. And after 1 hour !!!! We finally received our plates... I'm glad restaurant has only 8 tables... Food was average... More

...I took were good but very average. I found nothing extraordinary in these which could single this dish out of hundreds of similar dishes served around the Cracow. And these were very expensive comparing to what I got - 38 zloty. The thing I was surprised was the great winter tea in a HUGE mug, just for a price of... More

A delightful place to eat. The food is excellent and very inexpensive. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. There is a lovely atmosphere. We had 2 enjoyable meals. Our one regret is that we did not find it sooner!

This beautiful restaurant is situated in the Jewish Quarter, nice decor and not over crowded with too many tables. All traditional dishes and good wine list, staff look after you well, thoroughly recommend you try this quaint traditional restaurant,

On the second and last night of our 2 night stay in Krakow 2 friends and I had a look at trip advisor and picked a restaurant (not this one) to visit - however they were fully booked so we walked a little further down the road and found this place - and I'm so glad we did! On entering... More

Came across this restaurant after a rain-soaked day in Krakow. It's typical of many in the area that appear to be understated from the outside. Warm cosy atmosphere, excellently prepared and tasty dishes were served and much enjoyed. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Once again excellent value for money based on British restaurant prices... More

Kazimierz is a very drinking, fast foodie sort of area and so finding a clean restaurant with a varied menu at reasonable prices is not that straightforward. Kuchina looked a bit drab from the front but has a pleasant secluded garden at the back. We were encouraged to come as our guide book claimed this had a good range of... More

This was for use a quick meal and away as we running out of time but the fish was spot on and the wine for the price great value. It has that old fashioned look to the outside with the red shutters and inside the service and food were of that first class you used to get. Will we go... More
