I used to come to Da Aldo quite often when I lived nearby. Now I returned after few years, and again I really enjoyed the dinner. At the beginning, I was getting little angry because after we came we were waiting about 20 minutes for a waiter, but finally she came. The food was as always excellent, tasty, freshly made.... Da Aldo is genuinely the best Italian restaurant in Warsaw. The food is authentic, its taste crisp and fresh. The restaurant also serves authentic Italian wine and soft drinks like Chino.

Good food, nice interior. They have a very typical menu for an Italian in Warsaw. All the food I tried was good, although their pizzas with mushrooms on it are a bit odd as they use very strange mushrooms. Price-wise the restaurant is bang in the middle of what restaurant food costs in Warsaw. We go here a lot as... More

One of my favorite places, a bit distant from city center but still well worth to visit; good dishes (all I have tried, almost no weak points except one - in footnote) and good wine; all this augmented by very good service. If You have chance to book table outside, it makes fantastic place. Thumbs up - greetings for the... More

been here few times, I must say this is a great place for dinner, lunch or just a snack & wine... especially in summer time.

This italian style trattoria has ambitions to serve a sicilian cuisine in a heart of Warsaw's Zoliborz. We went there a few days ago for a family dinner. The waiter who served us, had a good knowledge about the food they provided and was very polite and helpful. Some dishes could be a better quality but ... we where not... More

Great food, great wine, great service. Good value for money, especially if you are used to Scandinavian and German/UK/French prices. Located in a quiet place 10 minutes from city centre. Ask for the home made desserts and Grappa!

I spent in the restaurant just under 1 hour (was very late), but liked what I saw. Great, hand-made pizza, a good selection of wined, very good waiting staff. And most importantly, very nice atmosphere - I was really surprised that at such late hour the place was almost full. I will definitely come back for a longer lunch/dinner.

Went with a friend to meet for lunch at da Aldo, we usually meet here for the last 3 years and it really hold high standard of food and service. I started with the fish Soup with I always have and it's great. Then we shared a seasonal mushroom sandwich starter which was great and for main I had the... More

This is a smart restaurant with attentive staff and an imaginative Italian menu. While the food wasn't cheap in comparison to local restaurants, it is good value for the quality served. There are English menus.
