We stoped for lunch because of location and nice terrace ambient with a lot of customers. We were prepared for slow service. After we seated ourselves adventure with rude staff members began. I understand that we all can have a bad day but bad manners are never tolerated. Food was OK, portions a bit to small (to compare - if... More

We had lunch here since we were looking for local food. The food was OK, our waitress was not too kind.

It was our first night in Bovec and we were looking for a place with good local cuisine. This restaurant did a good job in terms of food quality and service. We especially enjoyed the trout and the wild game dishes. We visited during the less busy shoulder season, which was likely a factor, as the staff and kitchen did... More

We saw the unfavourable reviews about this restaurant, which we actually found to be excellent. Maybe it's a matter of timing because we came towards the end of the tourist season (beginning of October) and also got there at 14:00 when the place was pretty empty. Service was great, the waitresses were cordial, and the food was tasty. We purposely... More

When we first came the whole place was very busy so after a while, we were finally able to book a table for later. The food was good, but nothing special, and kind of pricey. Desserts were better, although we had to wait quite a while. Would go again if necessary, but would rather go somewhere else if possible. Tip:... More

Came there hungry and tired. when we asked if there was a table for us they looked like we did something wrong. Told us to wait then ignored us for quit some time and when we asked again just said ''no''. Did not even look apologetic. Plain Rude.

We stayed one night and were impressed with this small hotel- definately pays to keep an open mind when reading reviews. Staff were professional, room was spotless and fresh and the meal in the restaurant of a high quality. Would definately stay here again.

* The food was good but took more than 40 minutes (for a party of 11). * An extra 1€ or so was added to each person's bill for 'service' which I guess consisted of bread (which we didn't ask for and didn't know would cost anything). The waiter didn't explain about it either, so some people in our group... More

When we first got here, no one would come to clean up the table or get us menus. After 10 minutes we had to actually ask for a waitress to come to our table. We ordered and got some bread (which we later had to pay for). The food was good, nothing spectacular but also not bad. We again waited... More
