We loved the chimney cakes here! Went in, tried the walnut, and it was gone in five mins, so we ordered the cinnamon and sugar. The cinnamon was a little too sweet as it was coated with the sugar, so if you’re not much of...More

The guy who attended us tried to cheated us with the price, he wanted to charge us the double price to be tourists. He kept our money in a different box and when we reclamed the money, he acted normally. Sure that this situation not...More

Dear Pau O, Thank you for your information at TripAdvisor, we are very suprised as never happened nothing like this before. We hope that only a misunderstanding happened, but we would like to investigate that case. Thank you for your kind words about our kürtőskalács,...More

It was my first (and only) Kurtoskalacs therefore I don't have anything to compare it but it was really good. You can buy a Kurtoskalacs divided into two pieces which makes it convenient to try more than one taste. If you are sharing it, one...More

The chimney cake is tasty, comes with several flavors (I remember cinnamon, vanille, almonds, poppy seeds). I recommend to order one and share with your companion, which is what we did (had one with ice cream). I have not seen the price list anywhere in...More

Had to try the famous kurtoskalacs but they were just not for me. The sugar overpowers the taste and a bit too crunchy. Maybe the other flavors were better but I will stick to the zillion other great pastries and cakes nearby. Great smiling service...More

We had two halves of kiortosh compiled half cinnamon and half chocolate filled with vanilla ice cream. Fresh hot kiortosh is the best. Don't be tempted to buy one that is already made. Here they make everything fresh

Very tasty locally sweet pastry. You can mix and add a variety of different toppings with ice cream on top. Friendly staff and affordable prices. Only thing that bothered me was a really small interior and seating area.

Deserts are good. There are a lot of choices for kurtoskalacs, chocolate, almond, cinamon etc. I preferred almond. It is 990 HUF. And it was delicious.

Cinnamon Kolache aka Chimney Cake the best we had during our stay in the city. Definitely worth a try.
