The place is in Október 6. Street, close to the St. Stephen Cathedral. Good place to jump in a middle day lunch. Wide selection of middle-east food, hummus and liver and meat and salads. The dips are really delicious and the flat bred is freshly made and really great. The service is quick even if the place is often full.

This was the most delicious food I've had, it was completely vegetarian, which can be hard to find for me, and there was a lot of food on my plate. They did not skimp on the serving size. The homemade fresh product was made right in front of me and was to die for. Yummy yummy yummy.

Excellent homemade hummus, falafel's and pitta. It's all there, you can see how they make them! Try everything that's on there menu, it's a lebanese thing, you have to!!!

This was on the ground floor of a mall in Nyugati pályaudvar/West End in a "food-court". I had some delicious falafel and hummus, a vegetarian place, which was ironically connected to a place called Meat Point. The plate was loaded with hummus. It didn’t look like much but when I started eating it, it was a lot. The falafel was... More

This kind of fast food is a bit exotic in Europe. You can choose among lots of salads, humus, falafel etc. Not the cheapest choice for a lunch in a shopping mall but definitely better than lots of its counterparts. They offer integral laffa (flat bread-like stuff) as well.

It seems falafel has become a world wide fast food along with pizza and gyros. This restaurant chain is low key, cheap, and they serve great falafel...I had fried chicken liver and onions, something I haven't eaten in 20 years. It was great.

Located directly opposite the Synagogue this is a good spot to grab lunch or a snack from. They have some seating but I got my order to go. If you were to sit outside you would have a decent view of the Synagogue. I bought a falafel in pitta bread which I think was cheaper than 800ft. Definitely recommend this... More

We hit this place after spending some time to find some other restaurant around the Synagogue. It's small, very American feeling eatery and very cheap. I believe it was 1800 HUF for the two of us. She got the falafel & hummus, while I got a bunch of salads. Even had a wifi. If you need a quick fresh meal,... More

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
